What we eat matters. As we cut back on media, we can pay more attention to our food, its source, and digestion. Following Ayurveda, meals should satisfy without excess and be timed to aid digestion. The weekend menu features onsite-grown sprouts, greens, fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms, using a whole-food, plant-based approach. All meals are vegetarian with many vegan options.

While practicing conscious eating, we nourish ourselves with whole, fresh foods. Snacks, smoothies, and juices focus on nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. We choose these foods to deepen our connection with nature. Our routine supports a 16:8 intermittent fast (16 hours fasting, 8-hour eating window).

• Guided Forest Bathing Session

The woods heal—come feel it. Learn to deepen your connection with nature and the elements on this guided hike. You'll get an orientation to the process and the property, plus support for solo sits and exploring the trails.

• Sacred Cacao and Sound Ceremony

Sacred medicine journeys are gentle rituals that teach cacao as heart-healing medicine and include soft guided movement, sacred songs, and a sound bath.

Emotional support animals: garden cats and a flock of chickens. Nature trails, permaculture gardens, and a greenhouse. Multiple hammocks, a restored barn with a practice studio, creative spaces, makers’ materials, and an explorer’s library.
