These 1-hour, gentle yoga sessions are designed for ALL adults.  Certified yoga instructors lead healing movements and offer postures that align and promote balance to increase flexibility and strength. Breathing technique and meditation is integrated into the sessions for improved presence and mental health. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Yoga for ALL Bodies!

JUST DANCE

Dance instruction for ages 4-74 in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip-hop, and many ethnic styles including Latin Dance and Middle-Eastern Dance. Classes meet weekly during Fall and Spring, learning dance techniques and choreography for a showcase at the end of the season.  Summer season is for DANCE CAMP when dancers (age 6-16) come to Camp Benjamin for a day camp experience focused on dance and outdoor fun.
